No, beacuse as fork so vividly shows, a large chunk of the human nature is
to control not just themselves but the ALL.
The reasons are either
1)For the good of the all
2)becuase something/one said so
So your rules wouldnt work becuase there would need to be some sort of
parental power controling it all. The individual is not even a distant
third.
