Lycos US can no query on URL string content and on domains (the latter
a la hotbot). Hurrah.

The URL stuff is a bit weak - no quick FoRK-archive searches here, as
they treat all punctuation the same, and refining a URL search is
useless - but the domain stuff works reasonably well, although it
won't let you use an empty query string to list all the pages on a
server.

Support for this is now hacked into Spacesearch. This leaves Excite as
the only major player without any form of URL indexing whatsoever
AFAIK.
