Found on Freshmeat.

Another Gnutella clone; it doesn't speak HTTP, uses GTK 1.2 for
display, and uses YATP. They call their YATP BTP, and it's multicast;
I'm not clear on whether that means it uses IP multicast or implements
multicast on the JungleMonkey network.

Some Ph.D. student at UMich is writing it; he's been writing it since

Includes load-balancing, bandwidth control, mirroring, and audio
streaming. Author has published some papers and given some talks on

For some reason he's using Reed-Solomon error correction. Perhaps he
doesn't trust IP? Earliest version did use IP multicast.

The Internet stock bubble didn't burst on 1999-11-08. Hurrah!
The power didn't go out on 2000-01-01 either. :)
