I like Dreamweaver. It cleans code -- but only as much as you want. I
haven't gotten to play with the latest version, which fixes a painful
problem with using JavaScript with templates (pretty much my only
complaint).

Integrates well with BBEdit (Mac) and HomeSite (Winders).
