It has one feature the newton lacked...A company who would stand behind
it. If products were children and Apple the parent, I think they would be
in some correction facility hor neglect and abuse or on the Jerry

Look at how Saint Steve fuxd with the ][ when his precious mac was in dev.
or how product lines were announced and disposedof like fetuses in garbage
cans.

Gone are the days of folks like wozz who would work up a floppy drive
system in a hotel room and then, after conception, help it grow to
maturity.

My lowly USR Palm Pro can be upgraded to the brand new jimmie, most of the
software works on it, and it does what i need it to be for its size (yes,
the newton was great, but it did have a size problem for many people).
