COMMUNICATIONS DIRECTOR

This multi-faceted leadership role entails overseeing all marketing and PR
program development, account and team management, and strategic counsel.

The Client-focused aspects of this position requires the ability to
successfully partner with our clients, develop an in-depth understanding of
their technology and align their position in the industry; coupled with the
PR and marketing expertise to translate strategic plans into tactical
programs that include media outreach, analyst relations and business partner
programs. Responsibilities also include assisting clients in setting and
reaching strategic goals, focusing on market positioning and competitive
challenges.

On the Corporate side, this position requires the ability to manage and
motivate the Communications Team, organize and delegate activities for all
client as well as corporate initiatives. Actively participate in team growth,
management, planning, training, evaluation and quality assurance.

Requirements:

 - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or direct related experience
 - 4-7 years high tech media relations and marketing communications
counseling experience, some agency experience preferred
 - Comprehensive experience developing business-to-business marketing
programs
 - Solid business writing, proofreading and editing abilities
 - Creativity and understanding of marketing design and layout
 - Experience with eBusiness strategies and interactive communications
 - Meticulous attention to detail and ability to meet rigorous deadlines
 - Excellent project management skills and the ability to administer multiple
projects simultaneously
 - Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Internet browser software. Familiarity
with online publishing and database management tools a plus

PUBLIC RELATIONS LEAD

The ideal candidate for this post is a seasoned PR professional with in-depth
industry experience, exceptional media and analyst relations, and outstanding
working relationships and placement skills -- from computer trades to major
national business and news media.

This position requires the successful management of day-to-day client
activities, establishing and maintaining working relationships with analysts,
major publications and broadcast media. Other responsibilities include
formulating and pitching ideas to the media; identifying editorial
opportunities; writing press releases; developing abstracts for speaking
opportunities; managing press tour schedules; initiating and distributing
press materials; planning trade show events and accompanying clients on
tours.

Requirements:

 - Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
 - 2-4 years of experience developing high tech PR programs; some agency
experience preferred
 - Outstanding writing, proofreading and editing abilities
 - Understanding of eBusiness strategies and interactive communications
 - Self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
 - Attention to detail and deadline orientation
 - Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
 - Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR

This position supports the research and administrative needs of the
Communications Team, and involves fostering relationships with the press,
analysts, and client contacts; learning clients' technology and marketing
strategies; becoming familiar with industry trade publications; assisting
with scheduling press tours; drafting press releases; and managing client
resource materials.

Responsibilities also include assembling briefing packages and reports;
compiling media and analyst lists; identifying publications for placements;
organizing editorial opportunities; maintaining speaker opportunity lists;
and capturing media coverage.

Requirements:

 - 2-5 years professional experience
 - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 - Self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
 - Attention to detail and deadline orientation
 - Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
 - Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
 - Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Internet browser software. Familiarity
with presentation software, online publishing and database management tools a
