I know I was able to download the shipping version from MSDN. I don't know
whether people have retail boxes of Win2K in their hands yet. I'm running
the shipping version on my laptop and my main machine at work. The one thing
I really like about Win2K is that it reads FAT32, and thus I can run Win98
and Win2K dual-boot on my laptop with a single 25GB partition.
