Entitled "Website Opens Spot Market For Telecom Bandwidth". It discusses
RateXChange, http://www.rateXchange.com, a forum/market for anonymous
buyers and sellers to meet and deal bandwidth. Cute.

I see value in the anonymity over the long haul, but not in the forum
itself. Munchkins will make the whole Internet their forum. Traders
will have to provide value (e.g. anonymity, trusted by both parties,
etc..) - locating a party is the easy part.
