Humm, it seems that there is a few RedHat users on this list.
They may be interested rpm2html, or at least the results.

OffGoal: help people find interesting RedHat packages and solving
the dependency problem (A requires B, but which RPM provides B ???)
AltGoal: increase my hit count on my Web server, and provided
a good excuse for an HD upgrade (Thanks Philip ;-)
