One of my favorite sites has an inteview with
Yale computer scientist David Gelernter, Unabomber
victim, and the grand problem theorizer of 'will computers
ever be able to recognize beauty'. One of my long
term theories I've personally been working on is that
great (lasting?) art embodies the informal description
of concepts that later are formalized into science.
