As to the Mr Black's remarks; yes the items mentioned do play a vital
part of my diet. The digestion of consumables so made in their company
has never once caused me to be ill or to pass ungodly gases.

To Mr Cobraboy I am fast to answer the following. The American diet
is second only in bad health to that of the English, in whose mind the
basic food groups are grease, starch, and starch fried in grease. They
are sickly in both body and spirit. Americans suffer from the
consumption of fatty food and the over use of sugars. You take pride
in your Mountain Dews and sugar infested morning foods to the point
which your bodies are deteriorating faster than the once mighty
English Empire.

Which is not to say that America has not created a rich and often
enjoyable history of food. In fact many of the best things about
America comes from its food. If only the masses were so inclined to
benefit from these well cook landmarks.
