Point is, IP is broken, and no doctoring will remove the kludge. At
some point in the future people will have to reinvent global
networking from scratch. Some simple switched local-knowledge routing
will become necessary, perhaps something as a N-d Bresenham on
defective N-dimensional lattices. Derives node IDs from local
networking constraints, too.
