The newest version features increased support
for open standards such as dynamic hypertext
markup language (DHTML) and extensible
markup language (XML).
One of the key upgrades, DHTML Behaviors, uses
both XML, DHTML and Cascading Style Sheets
to separate Web pages into three elements:
content, style, and behavior.
