I missed one absolutely fantastic little novel I just read recently on
my "religion-oriented" book list. I really recommend this thing, even
though it's pretty light, it's just a good quickie. [1] I'm also going
to throw in a bonus here, kind of off topic though it does deal with a
dying goddess --- Lilith, and I'm a big fan of Lilith lore, though this
ain't your rabbi's Lilith, shaygetz! --- but it's set in Austin so it's
way cool. ;-)
