Speculation regarding the trial of the T1 Ka-band experimental satellite
launched on 25.2.98:
"If they can show that lower elevation angles will work, operating at an
elevation angle of 20 deg, they'd need only 60-70 satellites instead
of 288. It would save a lot of money"
