Last night, Marc Andreesen was on CSPAN, speaking on "the future of the
Internet" from the National Press Club. Many, many hilarious highlights,
but pretty much the standard we'd expect (though his PR flacks should teach
him about eye-contact...)

Relevant bit is that he came out personally in favor of rating systems,
against industry regulation, "and that's why Netscape is behind PICS". No
further comment on rollout dates. Perhaps he meant "behind _the curve_ on
PICS"...
