Summary:
Some dorks pretending to be Tamil Tigers spammed a few Sri Lankan embassies.

However:
The intelligence officials said they had found indications of
"increased interest on the part of a number of groups in chemical and
biological means of attack, and also possibly the use of information
systems terrorism."

Next up:
Feds discover that Shining Path is planning to send botulism by email,
disguised as a MIME attachment. Therefore they must read your email
to protect you from this threat.
