What can you expect in a state that up to this date did not sign the German
constitution...
Even in Germany, Bavaria is widely regarded as being more of a kingdom than a
democracy, with the conservative Christian Social Party ruling Bavaria since the
50ies.

I now expect lots of high-tech companies (Munich is the Silicon Valley of
Germany) to move out of Bavaria.
