Beatty's point, as you said, is about the paradigm of CONTROL. applied
globally. imagine the US as the controlling interest fund holder parlaying
profits rather than taxes into low-cost services. would policy, d'ya think,
strive to direct the fund into greater profitabilty or less? geeze - where am
i again? oh yesh, the zero-sum, us-or-them forum. i suggest you all take the
partisan blinders off and re-read the article. no freedoms are undermined, no
profits threatened.
