The Alchemist: A Fable About Following Your Dream
My family goes fishing every year in the summer outside of Taos, NM.
Picked this book up about a year ago in Taos, trip before last, read
it. Good->great book. Sunk in, back burner, very Carlos Castenda,
really assimilated of late. On trip back from Rohit / Adam meeting
last weekend, had expunged all info from English-lang. mags, picked
up Spanish-language mag. Spanish rusty since HS, few trips since
then, struggled though article / interview with Paul Coelho, the
author. Read this, it's worthwhile. I'd almost place it as a biz
title alongside "Selling The Dream" by Kawaasaki, "Crossing the
Chasm" by Moore et. al., and "Maverick" by Ricardo Semler as most
influential biz titles, even though it's not in any way... that.
