I get around to cleaning my disk and doing a backup--guess what?
After about 40 minutes of backup and then through the whole verify
process using Win98 MS Backup storing the data back to its own disk (I do
this as it's faster than doing the network writes and I can copy
it over later), the whole thing gets through 2.5GB writes and then
conks out at 2.1G verify. The error? Something like:

You've exceede the maximum allowable backup size. Please split
your backups up into smaller archives.

Bastards. I had completely forgotten about these stupid 2GB file
sizes. Kerrap.

Greg
