suggests that they will settle out-of-court ahead of a hearing set for
today, with Intel giving Digital $1.6bn for rights to use Alpha
technology and for capacity at FAB-6, and giving them a good deal on
Intel chips.

Darn, and I was hoping Intel would get screwed in court. =:-)
