Well whatI heard on a private board is the law waas written by a
Republican. Clinton wants to kill it, to 1) piss on Republicans, 2) give
Gore some ammunition saying Republicans are anti technology.

I guess we have to wait and see.



Anyway, that's just my opinion, meant to confuse and disorient...
