IE4.0 and CM3.0

IE4.0 for Unix. Okay, it's cute, doesn't handle colormaps
very well, but it's cute. A couple of server reconnects,
but I'm hanging with it. It scrolls nice, reloads of pages
resets the page to the top before zapping back down to
the location. Fullscreen using the window manager works better
than their fullscreen button. Font customization looks good.
Channels and channel guide is blocked out. Frame-based favorites
are cute.

Now for some real tests...
