Josh, is it a hoax ? You're one of the supposed rewievers, so true or
false ? For a hoax that's a nice piece, and it probably took quite some
efforts to write, and it gives at least some interesting insight on ESR
point of view ;-). If not that's interesting too ! I'm in the quest of
a definite opinion.
Whatever the authors or the goal, WebDAV get a special mention ! They are
right that Apache for example doesn't support it (Ok DAV methods are now
registered at least, but this is quite recent).

For what it is (yet another possible possible piece of junk on the Web)
it's still worth a read,
