yeah, that's what I meant. From what I've read, nobody needs to
accept their EULA to use or abuse a CueCat, therefore nobody needs to
be bound by it.

Dumping the thing on lots of doorsteps and then trying to tell people
what they can do with it is pretty annoying anyway.
