UI skins typically refer to user interface end-user configurable
components. For instance, if you have winamp installed, they have
several 'skins' that represent a certain look-and-feel to the
application. For instance, you can make your winamp player look
and layout be exactly like your stereo. Another area that typically
uses UI skins is in games like Unreal and Quake (I, II, III) or
online virtual worlds like blaxxun.com (Black Sun). In this
context skins refers to a small graphics file that presents
your character/avatar in a particular way that's identifiable
from others in a shared online graphical space.

Anyways, you have two choices:

1) Go to downloads.com, get a copy of DD.EXE, go to
redhat.com and get the milo and rawrite programs, then enter the
following,

C:\> d:
C:\> cd \dosutils
C:\dosutils> rawrite
Enter disk image source file name: ..\images\boot.img
Enter target diskette drive: a:
Please insert a formatted diskette into drive A: and
press --ENTER-- : [Enter]
C:\dosutils>

Windows components.

2) Send your computers and all your software to:
Mr. Cobra "Fixit" Boy
Windows Repair Division
1 Huntington Street
Huntington Beach, CA 92648

He'll probably keep it for about 3-6 months or until
it gets out of date and then return it--fixed, good as new.

Good luck,

Greg
