Where was this ever documented? Does the rule go something
like, "Thou shalt make the Subject: line relevant (and not
something cute like ':tcejbuS' or something noninformational
like 'ohmigosh' so that way Rohit can search the threads by
subject line instead of having to use Altavista..."
