Aha! for the record, continuing evidence that vox is something only worthy of,
well, Adamn, to be sure.

As far as the content of that clipping goes, it's nothing interesting.
Double-encryption can actually make cryptanalysis easier in some cases.
And if you want to defeat the feds, just send arbitrary junk like
AppleWorks2 files that no one can read anymore :-)

Steganography, now there's fedbusting technology. Hiding information in the
spacing of letters, low-order graphics bits, highfrequency noise -- absolutely
indistinguishable from "signal"
