Interesting, the article does not note that the engine had been used by
amateur rocketeers in Alabama to reach 34.5 mi altitude, or that the
corporation AMROC (now defunct) developed such an engine in the 1980s
and sold the technology to SpaceDev. Some innovation time lag here.
I guess we can unpave paradise and launch the parking lot.
