Insecure software programmers have the tendency to create a wrapper on a
wrapper on a wrapper on a #defined Macro which is really redefinition of a
Win32 constant.

Get a motivational sucker to cheer them up, but don't switch to decaf. Lack
of coffee is the root cause of all the evil in software world. Never hire a
programmer who has never been to starbucks :-)
