Most of the pokeyness of Web Folders is due to implementation problems, not
the protocol. The only time Web Folders needs to copy the data to the local
system is if it is copying/moving a resource from one server to another.
Copy/move on the same server should be done using COPY/MOVE, not GET/PUT.
WebIFS has much better performance.
