What's At Fault, Really?

Doesn't it strike anyone else as being a BIT of a coincidence that the two
downtimes NASDAQ has had in the last two weeks have occured the day AFTER
they have laid off some of their tech staff? (A few here and there the first
time, about 15-20% the second time).

Disgruntled tech folk going tradal? (Weak joke, shoot me now).
