You must have been lucky in your choices of ISPs so far!  I've always
had to switch providers every year or two, sometimes because I've
moved, usually because of fuckups.  I've learned to keep my connection
provider separate from the provider of my public addresses and
content, and I'm surprised that you've gotten by without doing that!
