They're ahead of you.  One of the services available to premium
subscribers is the "Daily Download", a single HTML file containing the
full text of all the day's current stories, in a graphically spare
format suitable for printing or upload to the gizmo of your choice.

(Slate has been doing this for a while; I think it's currently not
tied to subscriptions, though I believe it was at one point).
