I do that quite deliberately because I don't believe the two to be
separable.

Anyhow, as I've said, I'm not going to rehash the same old arguments
that I've made in the past (which arguing any further would require). 
I'll choose new arguments only, but primarily work by example.  I see
I'm making progress with that, so that's where I'll spend my time.  My
other arguments are in the FoRK archives.
