Global warming is fearmongering brainwashing FUD

Exactamundo, and this trend will accelerate over the next 50 years into
near infinity. Global warming fears are wasting waaay too much of this
planet's time and money. I will now point you all to a nice paper by
Nick Bostrom out of Yale University regarding what he calls Existential
Risks:

As you can see global warming is just about the farthest thing down the
list. And yet how much of our mental and physical resources is it
sucking up? In comparison, how much money and thought is being expended
by us all on nanotechnology and superintelligent AI? Those two are the
real biggies that will change everything. We will have supercomputers
theoretically capable of real AI in the 2005-2010 range, and they will
only get cheaper and more powerful after that...
