Flare programming language project launched

has a blurb about it. Although it talks about it being based on XML, it
does not make it clear that the actual human-readable code will not of
course consist of XML- it will be rather Python-like. The whole point of
the project is not about XML, it is about going past object oriented
programming to a new paradigm called annotative programming. More info
