Be pragmatic instead of taking a knee-jerk "screw the rich white guys"
position.  Let's assume you have a sole proprietorship.  Isn't it your right
to allocate all the profits to yourself?  To the extent that Michael's 14% is
used to install directors that are favorable to compensating him at the level
that he wants, what the hell is wrong with that?  And note that even by your
own math, 86% of all the outstanding shares have continued to support a
pro-Michael board.
