Think long term folks. A little hsitorical vantage point from beyond the
last 100 years might help. Lets set the Zoom function for about 700 or 800
years, thats a mcuh better sampling than the messly 100 some of you seem
stuck in.

We have never , ever, nto since it started, seen a real and definitive end
of the Crusades.

Here are the die hard facts that, try as  you might, are still the facts.

We are still fighting over the holy lands
(Isreal still clinging to an unseen deed for there stake
 BennyLaden being pissed at his holy lands being soiled by heathens)
 
We are still fighting over whos view of god is the correct one

On TOP of that we can add cultural differences ,but those resolve down to
the correctness of god issue.

All the details you can throw into the mix are ONTOP OF these core facts.
Like weeds this prblem will not go away UNTIL and UNLESS those two core
facts are dealt with.

And whats the odds of that?
