Ok, maybe not "white people" but there is one bombing done on americans in
america I can recall .

Philadelphia, 1985. 11 dead, a neighborhood burnt down, and lots of
queations left to answer as to whay the Police helicopter droped the 
bombed the group MOVE .

Waco somes to mind though not exactly a bombing.
