Aside:  my girlfriend actually does make soap for a living.  I can neither
confirm nor deny that waste human lipo makes creamy bars, but indeed lye DOES
hurt like hell...  ;-)

Yes, and unfortunately we don't live in BarneyWorld after all.  That message
was written in big letters on the Manhatten skyline on 9-11.
