Becuase MS has enough cash to do just that. If MS truly wants to have a
part in everything, as in all things not as in everything2, then they
should truly take off the locks onthe purse strings and do it up right.

Half assed may be the standard MO for most companies, but with MS's cash
why do things hald assed.
