I tihink for me the bottom line is....Charge him with something or What he
did was legal or He got away with something.

In the case of one, the main thrust is the Wheres The Beef argument. Show
or blow.

In case of two, the main thrust is he used the system for his gain.
Ethical or not its not illegal.

In case of three, dont do biz with him. 

So far from what we have seen here im thinking case 2 is pretty much the
judgement of the tomwhorejury.
