Yep. This happens to me when I pull long seassions on the wire. If I blow
out a 24-30 hour run I will get a solid 7 or so but the next night get
what you described.

Other fun sleep pattern fun....Back when i was solo and fancy free I would
routinely burn down the sleep sycle to 3 hours. I could keep this up for
about 6 days and then I would get the wandering ghosties. Audio mirages
where the first sign, sort of voices and sounds comming out of nowhere.
Soon after the creeping paranoia followed up by the bliss out. If I tried
to sleep I would get all of the above in droves. the only thing that would
lul me to sleep was some sort of spoken word stuff, I used NPR for a long
time then switched to old time radio and audio book a few years ago. In
the last couple of months I have put a audiobook on the rio right before
bed and it has really helped stabilize my sleep cycles. I set the sleep
timer on the volt to 90 mins and im usualy off in under 70. We are
currently listneing to The Goblete of Fire.
