Any REST insight on Zope?

Hi people ..

I thought I'd chuck this one in here .. it looks like an excellent
chance to formulate some REST goodness in response to a complicated
realworld scenario .. and judging by the current suggestions, help
is needed.

Subject: [Zope-dev] Proposed new URL rules for explicit namespace control in
Zope

We are proposing to introduce some new syntax in Zope URLs
to provide explicit namespace control, including:

 - Avoiding name conflicts between folder content ids and
   folder presentation names, and

 - Suppoting explicit rather than implicit acquisition.

The issues are, IMO, surprisingly subtle and complicated.
