Hi Jeff,
  As best I can recall, the comments are all mine
in response to an out of the blue email.  There is
no article titled "101 Ways to get out of Jury Duty". To
the best of my recollection, it's a poke at the
highly inefficient screening process that the courts now use.

The link goes off to a respponse to a post by B.K. DeLong
who was interested in Frauds in the computer security 
industry. The original links to the articles can be
found here[1].  No guarantee if they still work. 

It might also be useful to contact Vivian and cross-check
your research.
