Yes, women are that bad, but not as bad as men.
And a smart male will always smile, unfuckable women often have fuckable
friends. The male who figured this out first gained a huge evolutionary
advantage - as women decide semi-communially who the alpha male is. Any guy
who has a GF knows this, his alpha-factor goes way up once he's "marked".

Nah, men are sluts, so yes it's silly. The need to compete is recent, when
we left the tribal unit and put up picket fences. Most research on
"primiative" peoples in areas of the world we haven't paved yet shows that
both males and females are completely without this sexual jealousy. It's
only when you pair off that everything goes completely to hell.
