www.Xythos.com provides a DAV server with security and revisioning
extensions.  Our partners have a client that makes the DAV server look
like a network drive on Windows, for legacy applications.

But you have to actually run the server somewhere (Windows or Linux).  I
don't know of anything that a simple AOL web hosting account would work
for.
