But I'm not saying we shouldn't be questioning authority. I'm just
saying we have to start asking different questions.

In particular, the question "Should we have a global ID system?" has
now been relegated to the 20th century, so we'd better start asking
21st century questions like "What constraints and accountability do we
want in place alongside it?"
